Head of Administration, Hospitality Unit
Spearheading administrative systems, event logistics, and volunteer management across hospitality operations.
Hi, I’m Olaide Tianah.
My work sits across people, business, leadership and community. From building spaces that help teenagers understand themselves, to exploring people and organisations through psychology and HR, to building businesses and creating meaningful ideas, I'm interested in work that helps people grow and things that make a difference.
A quick look at what I do:
I get interested in a lot of things. Psychology, business, HR, leadership, and community. Everything here represents my effort to understand people: why we think the way we do, what shapes our decisions, and what helps us grow.
My strength sits where people, systems and follow through meet.
Spearheading administrative systems, event logistics, and volunteer management across hospitality operations.
Managed executive itineraries & 50+ virtual meetings (98% attendance), driving a 30% productivity boost and producing 170+ content pieces.
Coordinated operational logistics for 20+ clients, delivering a 30% efficiency gain and 15% reduction in project delays.
Managed end to end office operations and records management, eliminating documentation errors through meticulous attention to detail.
Programme planning, volunteer coordination, publicity and stakeholder relationships.
Facilitation and leadership development.
Most of my leadership happens behind the scenes.
With a background in Linguistics & Languages and postgraduate studies in Managerial Psychology, I am deeply curious about why people do what they do at work, in groups, and in leadership.

Teen Community
A safe and intentional community for teenagers, helping them understand themselves and find their way through adolescence.
Teenagers are not just problems to be solved. They are people who are becoming.
The vision is to raise a generation of teenagers who are self aware, purpose driven, emotionally intelligent and confident enough to lead themselves and influence their world, regardless of where they come from.
It also makes room for self worth, character, decision making, mindset, social pressure and spiritual groundedness.
Connect with The Next DoorThe umbrella for the businesses I am building. Each one is a product that solves an ordinary problem for real people.
A product line built around food that is quick to prepare. Convenience is a big part of the idea, because most people do not have the time or energy to cook from scratch every day.

It is a topic people rarely talk about openly, which is exactly why it needs teaching.
